Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp fresh milk (original recipe 3 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt (original recipe does not have this)
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil (I used corn oil)
- 1 egg (used only egg yolk as I have not started my boy on egg white)
- 1.5 tbsp sugar (I omit)
- one small portion of pumpkin and cubed finely
Steps
- Mix plain fleet and baking powder together
- Mix egg / egg yolk with milk and beat slightly
- Mix oil, sugar (if using), pumpkin and yogurt in a big bowl then mix item 1 and 2 together in this bowl and mix well
- Steam for 15 minutes.
