Ingredients
Chicken marinade
- 2 chicken whole leg
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed
- 1 tablespoon homemade chicken stock powder
- 2.5 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- pinch of salt
Steps
- Puree or blend all ingredients.
- Rub the puree onto the chicken leg and massage. Put in the fridge for overnight.
- Heat some oil on the pan and grill the chicken till the skin become golden brown, about 3 mins at each side. Place the chicken leg onto a piece of aluminium foil.
- Cover it with another piece of aluminium foil then fold all edges and ensure that it was wrapped tightly.
- Bake at 220 degrees C for about 45 mins.
