Strawberry yogurt and sour plum lime ice pop

Ingredients for about 8 medium ice pop
Strawberry yogurt ice pop :
10 medium size strawberries
140g plain yogurt
2 tablespoon sugar

Sour plum lime ice pop :
2 lime
2 sour plum
1 tablespoon sugar
50ml hot water
150ml room temperature water

Method:
1. Blend strawberries, yogurt and sugar till become smoothie.
2. Pour into the ice pop mold and freeze for at least 6-8 hours

For layer
1. Pour 2/3 or 1/2 of strawberry yogurt smoothie into the mold
2. Place the layer mold into the freezer for at least 1 hour.
3. stirred 1 tablespoon of sugar in 50ml hot water till sugar fully dissolved.
4. Squeeze in lime juice, add sour plum and 150ml of water into sugar liquid then rest the juice aside.
5. Remove the layer mold from the freezer after 1 hour and pour in sour plum lime juice and freeze for at least 6-8 hours.
6. Soak the mold in room temperature water for about 2-3 mins before trying to remove the stick out from the mold, then only the whole stick will come out together nicely.

Note: If strawberries is not that sour, you can reduced the sugar amount. The strawberries I bought is too sour so I had no choice but to add in more sugar. I always test the juice to see whether it suit my taste or not before pouring into the mold.
